In the context of the lockdown deployed by the french government on October 30th, all Telehouse teams are mobilized to ensure the operational continuity of the services we provide to our customers.
On Monday 9 March 2020, we have activated our Business Continuity Plan and implemented exceptional measures. These are maintained until further notice, and listed below :
1 / Business continuity and priorities
Every effort is made to ensure the continuity of our services. As part of our BCP, our datacenters are operated without impacting our essential services. To limit the risk of contamination, our workforce has been divided into several teams< that have no contact with each other. Our teams remain operational and available 24/7. However, this implies prioritising essential tasks: keeping the DC operational, delivering links and Smart Hands support.
Please inform us as soon as possible of any delivery of materials and limit them to what is strictly necessary. As our storage spaces are saturated, we also invite you to recover them as soon as possible.
Access to the site is not restricted, but we invite you to limit your on site visits. We would like to remind you that you can resort to our smart hands support services in order to do so.
2 / Your on-site operations
Preventive measures within our data centres are maintained, in line with the protection measures recommended by the government:
- Reception area limited to one person only, in order to respect safety distances
- Wearing a mask is mandatory (masks not provided)
- Introduction of markings on the ground to accompany your movements on site
- Contact with operational teams through glass walls•Special precautions when delivering equipment (distance of at least 1m between Telehouse staff and customers when handing over rack opening equipment, lending equipment, etc.)
- For large deliveries, it is required to contact us and make sure that we will be able to receive and stock your equipment. In this regard, please mail [email protected] beforehand.
These constraints may cause delays when accessing the sites. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this will cause.
3/ Parking on the TH2 Voltaire site
The parking lot of the TH2 Voltaire site remains open to facilitate your interventions. Please note that places are limited and cannot be reserved.
